Well, well, well, what have we been up to? Firstly, we need to thank everyone who came to our rehearsed reading at the Tron Theatre last Saturday. It was great to have people in the room who could feedback on how they thought the process was going and we all enjoyed allowing the work to have a local outing before we head to Prague. Rehearsals are still going strong and so is the fundraising. Our crowdfunding campaign via Sponsume has made an excellent start! Hopefully we will be able to hit our target of £500 before the time runs out! Katherine recently completed her first 10k and has raised quite a bit of money for Rape Crisis Scotland and Makeshift Broadcast in the process. Well done – directing the play and running!
The countdown to Prague has really begun now. Only 18 days to go! We couldn’t be more excited to go – it’s such an excellent opportunity for a company to make links with other international theatre-making friends. I’m sure we’ll be recommending it to everyone!
All this hard work is making us incredibly hungry and we are trying to constantly stay ethical. We’ve found some recipe ideas all over the websites, but our favourites have to be Thug Kitchen (has lots of swear words so don’t click if you don’t like that) and VeganYumYum.
